We are looking for some referrals to a quality and reliable professional photographer. It's understood that this a unique commitment of time and attention during the event and do not expect or desire anyone to volunteer for this function. Please post names and contact info.

Mic Minders

During the sharing portion of the memorial, it will be necessary for 2 people navigate the auditorium with microphones so that little time is wasted in transition from sharer to sharer. It will also be the function of these individuals to control the mic so that overly long anecdotes can be curtailed and allow as many people as possible to share their stories/feelings. We think the following people would be well suited to this task but again encourage suggestions/volunteers with alternative ideas:

Greeters

We will need greeters/guest book attendants. We would like the following people to consider this function but are totally up for suggestions/volunteers:
